The manuscript of the paper may be submitted as soft copy along with duly signed Article Certificate to the Editor, IMDR’s Journal of Management Development & Research, Institute of Management Development & Research through e-mail (editor.jmdr@imdr.edu).  

All manuscripts are sent to the referees for seeking their comments. These will be conveyed to the authors for revising the manuscript as per suggestions of the referees. The paper will be published only after the decision of the Editorial Board for its acceptance.
